To determine the approximate taxes multiply the market value times 1.5% example: market value of $100,000 X .015 =  $1,500


Fees for Master & Village Association & General Information

The following maintenance fees are due on the quarterly calendar. The services provided are water, sewage, trash removal, maintenance on the building, insurance on the building & all common areas (parking, sidewalks, landscaping, recreational facilities, etc.). The items not included in the maintenance fee is telephone, electricity, and cable.
