We will also publish the reservation contact information, such as your telephone numbers or e-mail addresses so the prospective tenants can contact you directly. We have provided this service to Cross Creek landlords for many years, and the results have been extremely successful. EXISTING ACCOUNTS: * Service fee - $150 due annually on September 1st. There is no prorating of fees when starting or refunds when ending an account. To renew your existing ad, please select "Renewal" below for a total of $150. * Professional photography. We will take your photos, size them for the web and upload them to your ad on our web site for a $50 session fee and $20 processing fee with a maximum of 20 photos per property. Select "Photo Services" below for a total of $70 for photos. * Photography provided by owner. You email your photos to us and we will size them for the web and upload them to your ad on our web site for a $20 processing fee with a maximum of 20 photos per property.Select "Processing of Your Photos" below for a total of $20 for processing and uploading your photos to your ad. NOTE: Changes to rental prices for your unit or availability of your rental property can be made at any time at no charge.
