Fees for placing your ad on our website are as follows: |

NEW ACCOUNT: * One time account set up fee of $50. * Service fee - $150 due annually on September 1st. There is no prorating of fees when starting, or refunds when ending an account. * Professional photography - $50 session fee, and $5 per photo processing fee with a minimum of 20 photos per property. * Photography provided by owner - $5 per photo processing fee with a limit of 20 photos per property.
